• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the jiji56 Platform for any reason.
• You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiji56 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentation proving that the above criteria are met. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion, or providing false information during the eligibility verification process, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full functionality of the jiji56 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jiji56 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

jiji56 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID);
• A recent proof of address document issued within the last three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph with your ID for liveness verification purposes;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of linked GCash or PayMaya account in your registered name);
• Source of funds documentation where required under AMLA thresholds.

jiji56 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict account access pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a verification request may be closed and remaining balances held pending investigation.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiji56 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

jiji56 strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. While 2FA is a robust security measure, its availability does not transfer security responsibility from the account holder to jiji56.

You agree to notify jiji56 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, any disclosure of your credentials to a third party, or any other security breach affecting your account. jiji56 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

All activity conducted through your registered account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is presumed to have been carried out by you and will be treated as valid and binding unless you have previously notified jiji56 of a security compromise affecting your account.

All financial transactions on the jiji56 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji56 does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount deposited in PHP is the amount credited to your jiji56 wallet, and the amount requested for withdrawal is the amount processed to your designated payment account, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Deposits: jiji56 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, and 7-Eleven payment outlets. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The following general betting rules apply across all jiji56 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jiji56 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse bets after they have been placed and acknowledged by the system;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents the determination of a valid outcome, jiji56 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts;

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one jiji56 account, whether personally or in coordination with other individuals;
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, location, or financial information during registration or KYC;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from jiji56;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or labels on Platform content;

Any unauthorized use of jiji56 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji56 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, jiji56's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiji56 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiji56 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability of the Platform.

jiji56 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Online gaming is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and over. jiji56 does not encourage gambling as a source of income or as a solution to financial difficulties.

jiji56 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine law;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe as determined by jiji56.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiji56 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal transactions and KYC requirements.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without specific prior notice.

Your continued use of the jiji56 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiji56 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through jiji56's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to jiji56 customer support. jiji56 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three (3) business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to mediation through a recognized Philippine mediation center before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Subject to the foregoing, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Republic of the Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the dispute resolution process described above.
